Kristen Stewart Says Playing Bella Swan Is 'Addictive'

'You're so in her shoes that it's a vicarious experience,' Kristen Stewart tells Allure of her 'Twilight' character.

These days, Kristen Stewart is very closely associated with her role of Bella Swan in the "Twilight" series. And at times she seems conflicted about the fame that comes with the role, but one thing she definitely doesn't seem conflicted about is her love for the character.

"You're so very much with Bella. You're so in her shoes that it's a vicarious experience. It's addictive," she said in an interview for the November issue of Allure magazine, on newsstands October 20.

In the issue, the 19-year-old actress also talks about how hard it is for her to open up in interviews. She thinks that people are constantly judging what she says and how she says it. "I spend so much of my time guarding against sounding insincere about something that I would die for," she said. "Maybe I'm overcompensating ... I care so much. And it gets reported as the opposite. And even seeing this [interview], they'll be like, 'Oh, she's trying to let us know ... ' "

Stewart, who is currently filming "Eclipse" in Canada, added that she refuses to bow down to Hollywood norms of what a starlet should look and act like. "I go outside and I'm wearing a funky T-shirt and my hair is dirty and people say, 'What's wrong with her? She needs to invest in a hairbrush,' " she said.

She added that she was never "that girl," so she's not sure why everyone wants her to be. "I'm like, 'Don't you get it? I'm not that girl!' Like, I never was that girl. It's not like I was really clean-cut last year," she said. "I don't exercise. I'm skinny fat. I worry about being too skinny."

'New Moon' Secrets Stolen

While these posters can join the Taylor Lautner shirtless promo in the fan made castoff bin, I have to say, these Twilighters certainly know their way around Photoshop. Must've come from all those hours superimposing their heads on Kristen Stewart's body.

But what isn't fake is the report that a totally legit "New Moon" script was recently discovered by a fan in the trash outside a Missouri set. Casey Ray was the lucky lady who got her hands on what could have been the most valuable item ever put up for auction on eBay!

Sadly, her moral compass eventually pointed her toward a righteous path and she returned the script! "We thank Ms. Ray for doing the right thing," Summit Entertainment said after the young lady disclosed her discovery.

Now, I like to view myself as an ethical dude -- who doesn't -- but I can't say with any sort of certainty that I'd have done the same thing if a script with the words "New Moon" scrawled across the front came into my possession.

Then again, I don't spend my afternoons dumpster diving, although now that it's become clear the cast is just chucking their scripts into any old trashcan, I definitely might start!

Full Official New Moon cast announced

Yes, Twilight fans (settle down, the rest of you), you can at last update your blogs and fan pages – the current full listing of the New Moon cast has been shoved online by Summit Entertainment.

The film is already running cameras, since it needs to be out by November, and most of these cast members are not exactly new or, like Dakota Fanning and, more recently, Michael Sheen, have already been announced.

But there are a couple of fresh names on the list – Birth’s Cameron Bright is on board to play Alec, Fanning’s vampire brother, while Grahame Greene is appearing as Harry Clearwater, a Native American mate o Bella’s dad.

Oh, and before fans panic because he’s not on the list, Billy Burke is indeed returning to play Charlie Swan.

Ready for the list? Here we go…

Italian vampire clan the Volturi include Charlie Bewley as Demetri, Jamie Campbell Bower as Caius, Daniel Cudmore as Felix, Christopher Heyerdahl as Marcus, all Volturi enforcers.

Dakota Fanning plays Jane, a high-ranking and powerful Volturi member, and Cameron Bright is Alec, her brother. Noot Seear plays Volturi member Heidi. Michael Sheen plays Aro, the Volturi leader.

Graham Greene appears as Harry Clearwater, Quileute tribal leader and old friend of Bella's father Charlie. Tinsel Korey is Emily, the fiancée of Sam Uley."

Plus, the old gang is back: rejoining the movie are Ashley Greene as Alice, Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser as Esme, Kellan Lutz as Emmett, Nikki Reed as Rosalie, Jackson Rathbone as Jasper, Edi Gathegi as Laurent and Rachelle Lafevre as Victoria.

Finally, we have the storyline… Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) is devastated by the abrupt departure of her vampire love Edward (Robert Pattinson). But her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with the irresistible Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner). Suddenly, she finds herself drawn into the world of the werewolves, ancestral enemies of the vampires, and she finds her loyalties tested.

Happy now? You may now return to your regular scheduled anticipation of the movie.
